If all is well, we e-mail you our bank details or a secure payment link for the 30% deposit: your booking is then confirmed.

Conditions

How does payment work?: A 30% deposit confirms the booking: once your request is accepted, we e-mail you our bank details for a transfer, or a secure card payment link. The balance is paid on arrival, in cash (dirhams or euros) or by card. Tourist tax is not included: 25 MAD per adult per night, paid at the riad. (Demo website: no payment is ever actually requested.)
Can I cancel my booking?: Yes, free of charge up to 7 days before arrival: a simple e-mail is enough, and your deposit is refunded. After that, the deposit is kept.
What time can I check in and check out?: Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by noon. If your room is free, early check-in or late check-out is on us; if not, we look after your luggage and the patio is yours.
