In short

This demo website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. It keeps your data only for as long as needed, and only when you send it yourself.

Booking request

When you send a request (dates, room, number of guests, name, e-mail, phone, message), it is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database to hold the dates for 48 hours, then deleted automatically. It is also e-mailed to Ismail Bentounsi, who built this demo, through the Web3Forms service.

Contact form

Your name, e-mail address and message are e-mailed to Ismail Bentounsi through the Web3Forms service. They are not stored on this website.

Spam protection

The forms use hCaptcha (Intuitive Machines, Inc.) to block bots. hCaptcha processes technical information about your browser for this check.

AI assistant

Your questions to the assistant are sent to Google (Gemini API, free tier: Gemini or Gemma models) or, as a back-up, to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate the answer. On this free tier, Google may use these messages to improve its services: please don’t include personal information. E-mail addresses and phone numbers typed in a question are masked before sending.

When you book in the chat, your name, e-mail address and phone number go only with the booking request (see above): they are never sent to an AI service.

Conversations are not stored on our servers. They stay only in your browser tab (without your contact details) and disappear when you close it.

Your IP address is used for a few minutes, in memory, to limit the number of messages per visitor. It is not stored.
