FAQ
Answers to the questions we are asked most often.
What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by noon. If your room is free, early check-in or late check-out is on us; if not, we look after your luggage and the patio is yours.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, in every rate. It is served from 8 to 11 am on the terrace or in the patio: msemen, baghrir, homemade bread, seasonal fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs on request, tea and coffee.
Do you offer an airport transfer?
Yes: 200 MAD per car (1 to 4 people), day or night, from Marrakech-Menara airport (about 20 minutes). The driver waits for you with a sign bearing your name, and our porter walks you to the riad.
Where is the riad, and how do I find it?
In a quiet lane of the medina, a 5-minute walk from the souks and 10 minutes from Jemaa el-Fna square. Cars can’t drive into the lanes: we meet you at the nearest car park (4 minutes on foot), where a porter takes your luggage. The exact address and a map are sent with the confirmation.
How do I book?
Choose your room and dates on the Book page, then send a booking request. We check availability and reply by e-mail, usually the same day. Nothing is paid with the request: the booking is confirmed once we receive the 30% deposit.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit confirms the booking: once your request is accepted, we e-mail you our bank details for a transfer, or a secure card payment link. The balance is paid on arrival, in cash (dirhams or euros) or by card. Tourist tax is not included: 25 MAD per adult per night, paid at the riad. (Demo website: no payment is ever actually requested.)
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 7 days before arrival: a simple e-mail is enough, and your deposit is refunded. After that, the deposit is kept.
Are children welcome?
Yes. A baby cot is free on request. The Tamra Suite (up to 4 people) and the Indigo Room (with a daybed) suit families. Please note: the patio pool is not supervised.
Can I reach my room without stairs?
The Mint and Jasmine Rooms are on the ground floor, step-free from the entrance. The other rooms and the terrace are upstairs, up a traditional staircase: there is no lift.
Is there Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes: free Wi-Fi throughout the riad, and reversible air conditioning (heating and cooling) in every room.
Can we have dinner at the riad?
Yes, on the terrace, booked before 2 pm the same day. Vegetarian menus are possible. The price and menu are on the Experiences page.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, we don’t accept pets.
